The Group brings together artists and crafters interested in participation of arts and craft activities in the Canungra Area.

OBJECTIVES:

•   Provide a venue for presentation and exhibition to promote an artist or artists' work.

.   Provide workshops for artist's to develop their skills.

•   Provide activities for the youth to enrich their artistic practice.

•   Encourage community members to participate in creative community based arts projects.

•   Encourage effective community and youth participation in creative projects for the public.

•   Consider new media art through development of creative art or presentation of this type of media.

WHAT WE OFFER.....

We offer a wide range of social activities including Craft Days, Writers’ Group and various workshops which are be organised by the Group. As well as other events such as exhibitions and Kids Days during vacations and our annual Canungra Festival of Art.

.MEMBERSHIP….

*       Membership gives our members priority acceptance into any workshop activity   organised by the Group at a reduced rate.

*       Insurance cover whilst attending any activity organised by the Group.

*       Opportunity for those members to apply for grants under the umbrella of the Group.

*       Opportunity to attend any other group operating under the umbrella of the Group.

*       Receive minutes of our meetings giving you first hand knowledge of what is happening
         with the Group and also any other events being held.

Full Membership $10.00

Associate Membership: $ 5.00
